He further submitted that the petitioner has no source of income and in these circumstances, it is extremely difficult for her to travel from Sundernagar to Karsog and defend the proceedings which have been filed under the Guardians and Wards Act by the respondent herein at Karsog. He accordingly prayed that present proceedings be transferred to the Family Court at Mandi as it would be easier for the petitioner to defend herself in those proceedings at Mandi. 3. In light of the contents of the petition and the submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the petition bearing No. 4/2025, titled as Vijay Kumar vs. Tamana Sharma, is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, circuit Court at Karsog, to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge-1, Family Court, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. to be adjudicated at Mandi.
