Both the parties have jointly submitted that during the pendency of this criminal misc. petition they have entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably out of Court. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted report dated 20.09.2025, which reveals that compromise entered into between the parties has been verified by the Investigating Officer. The report is taken on record. 4. In view of compromise entered into between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR in question be quashed. Counsel has also relied upon the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Gian Singh Vs.
State of Punjab reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303, in order to support her contention that in the cases with regard to commercial transaction, in case, parties entered into compromise, then the High Court, in exercise of inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C., can quash the charge-sheet. 5. In the light of statements made by learned counsels for the parties as well as learned Public Prosecutor and looking to the fact that the nature of allegations in the FIR were simply with regard to commercial transactions and now the parties have entered into compromise, this Court deems it just and proper to quash and set aside F.I.R. No.258/2019 registered at Police Station Sindhi Camp, Jaipur (West). 6. Ordered accordingly. 7. This criminal misc. petitioner is accordingly, allowed. (ANAND SHARMA),J DIVYA /3
