The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 498A/313 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the alleged husband of the informant. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a petition for nullity of the marriage under Section 11 and 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is numbered as Original Suit No. 486 of 2021. He further submits that the informant has lodged a case against a person namely Kamal Thakur, saying that he is the husband of the informant and that case has been lodged ( 2025:JHHC:30159 ) --2-- A.B.A. No. 4123 of 2025 under section 498 A and other sections of IPC. He further submits that in view of these facts the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there to the effect that the petitioner is the husband of the informant. 5. Considering that the petitioner has instituted a suit bearing Original Suit No. 486 of 2021 for declaring marriage of the petitioner void under sections 11 and 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and it has been pointed out that informant has also lodged a case against one Kamal Thakur saying that he is the husband of the informant and case has been lodged under section 498 A of the IPC and the other sections of IPC, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Abha/
