Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the attachment order which has been passed against the petitioner, whereby his services were attached from Gram Panchayat Bharewapara to Janpad Panchayat Pandariya, has been canceled vide order dated 04.10.2024 wherein it has been reviewed in the remark column that the attachment order has been canceled as per the stay order passed by this Court. 2. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the present petition seems to be infructuous. 3.
