No. 5651 of 2025 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation, deposited by the non-applicant Devi Roop. As per the Registry, a sum of Rs. 1,39,000/- has been deposited with the Registry of this Court and Rs. 1,21,000/- has been deposited with the learned trial Court. Considering the fact that the sentence of the applicant was modified, on account of the fact that he had deposited the compensation amount, the amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released to applicant State Bank of India, Branch at Darlaghat.
