In the light of the averments made in the application as well as the reply filed thereto, this Court is of the considered view that though the appellants are required to be more vigilant so as to ensure that such like appeals are filed within the period of limitation, but to give an opportunity to the appellants to put forth their contentions on merit, in the interest of justice, this application is allowed by condoning the delay in filing the appeal.
