P.C.: 1) Mr. Sale, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that in the event of the Respondents giving up the claim for interest awarded by the Industrial Court in the impugned orders, the Petitioner is willing to pay the entire principal amounts awarded by the Industrial Court to Respondents in 12 monthly equated installments. 2) Mr. Yenge, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents would complain that the amounts are due and payable for a long time and the Petitioner be directed to forthwith release the principal amount. He would submit that in the event of the principal amount being released in an expeditious manner, Respondents are willing to give up the interest awarded by the Industrial Court.
