The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Mr. Javed Khan, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
