The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash impugned attachment order dated 04.10.2021 (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the order of attachment dated 04.10.2021 (Annexure P/1) pertaining to the petitioner would not be given effect to. He would further submit that liberty may be reserved in favour of respondent -2- authorities to take appropriate decision with regard to the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 4. An interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 15.12.2021 and order of attachment dated 04.10.2021 was stayed. 5. The Advocate appearing for the State has given his undertaking that the order of attachment would not be given effect to. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
