Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, pursuant to the filing of this writ petition, the respondent authorities have deleted the subject land from the prohibited properties list and the same was reflected in the additional counter filed by them. As such there remains nothing for adjudication and accordingly prayed to close the writ petition. A perusal of Para No.08 in the additional counter filed by the respondent authorities would indicate that, the subject land has been deleted from the prohibited properties list held under Section 22-(A)1)(d) of the Registration Act, and communicated the same to the District Registrar, Stamps & Registration Department, Guntur for deleting the subject land from the prohibited properties list vide Rc.No.79/2024-D dated 31.12.2024^ In
4. view of the same, there remains nothing for adjudication and writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
