JUSTICE SANJEET PUROHIT Order 12/11/2025 The petitioner, in the present writ petition as well as in the representations submitted to various authorities, has made several allegations against officials of the respondent Department. These allegations involve disputed questions of fact, which cannot be adjudicated by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present writ petition in order to pursue representation already submitted by the petitioner. The writ petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed to decide the representation of petitioner in a particular manner. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
