1. The petitioner seeks to impugn the order dated 16.05.2025 whereby the petitioner being Driver has been assigned to drive the Ambulance Vehicle at Primary Health Centre, Sonakhan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as a Driver at Community Health Centre, Kasdol and vide
order impugned he has been attached at Primary Health Centre, Sonkhan to drive the Ambulance Vehicle. The State Govt. vide its Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.09.01 18:38:37 +0530

order/policy dated 05.06.2025 has cancelled all the attachments w.e.f.
05.06.2025. He would further submit that against the impugned order dated 16.05.2025 he has made his representation on 19.05.2025 which is still pending consideration. Therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No.5 to decide his pending representation in view of transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 issued by the State Govt.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the petition on merits and would submit that the order dated 16.05.2025 is not an attachment
order but it is temporary arrangement for a particular time period in public interest to drive Ambulance at Primary Health Centre, Sonakhan. However, she does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.5 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.5 is
directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 in accordance with law on its own merits as per applicable rules and circulars within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.5 within a period of one week from today.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge inder
