Although learned counsel for the deceased appellant would submit that she may be permitted to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant, yet, we feel that the issues raised in the present writ appeal have been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the illegal construction raised by private respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2 3. During the pendency of the writ proceedings before the learned single Judge, the construction raised by private respondent Nos.5 and 6 came to be regularized by the official respondents. Finally, by virtue of the order impugned, the learned single Judge permitted the appellant herein to question the order of regularization. It appears that by that time, the appellant herein had already questioned the order of regularization in W.P.No.43851 of 2016. 4. In view of the fact that the order of regularization had already been challenged, in our view, nothing survives in the present Writ Appeal which is, accordingly, closed. No costs.
