This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3. On perusal of record it appears the present writ application was filed on 23.10.2009 at the instance of the complainant- petitioner arising out of a judgment of acquittal passed in ICC Case No.3267 of 2008 dated 23.09.2009 passed by the learned JMFC, Bhubaneswar. On perusal of the judgment it appears that the offences alleged are punishable under Sections 448/341/323 read with 34 of the IPC. 4. It further reveals that after 2011, the matter was taken up on 31.10.2023. However, none appeared for the Petitioner. Thereafter, the matter has been listed today, however, none appears for the Petitioner although, the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties is Page 2 of 2. present in Court. 5. In view of aforesaid it appears that the Petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter. Moreover, over one and half decades have elapsed since the judgment of acquittal was passed.
