The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 376/1994 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 93/1993, for the offences registered under Section 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. This is the case of misuse of privilege of bail by petitioner for a period of twenty years. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was in misconception that case has been withdrawn by the State Government. It was further submitted that petitioner has himself surrendered before the learned Trial Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-III, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
