Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to its grievance, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-11) to the respondents, but no action has been taken thereon till date. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 (competent authority), to look into the pending representation dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law by taking into account the terms and conditions of the allotment letter dated 06.03.1980 (Annexure P-3), preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
