Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranchi Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66B, 66C, 66D of the Information Technology At, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. Accused persons are alleged to have formed a WhatsApp group and they lured several unsuspecting people to invest in share market through their WhatsApp group. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner has been made an accused, as he had taken training as Chartered Accountant in the firm of main accused. It was further submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about sixteen months. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Cyber Crime P.S.
