02/19.02.2025 Heard the Parties.
Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 80/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 819/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 62, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka.
On 29.09.2024, Jama Police apprehended this petitioner alongiwth co-accused persons from a place near Shani Hotel, Katania, Jama. The accused persons were pilfering diesel from the vehicles, which were parked there.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2024 and similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 536/2025.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 80/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 819/2024.
