GP FOR HOME The Court made the followingORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly 4th respondent in interfere with personal life and liberty by calling to the Police Station or harassing the Petitioner without registering any FIR/Crime against him, is illegal, Arbitrary, Violation of Principal of Natural Justice and also Violation of Fundamental Rights..” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 2 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any case registered against him. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Police have called the Petitioner to the Police Station relating to Crime No.243 of 2024, which is registered for the offence under Section 34(a) r/w 34(1) of A.P.Excise Act of I.Polavaram Police Station as a witness. 5. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of by recording the same. 6. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
