Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition be treated to have been filed only by petitioners No.1, 6, 7 & 8. Learned counsel further submitted that remaining petitioners be permitted to file their separate writ petitions for the redressal of their grievances raised in this writ petition. The prayer is not opposed. Accordingly, this writ petition be treated to have been filed only by petitioners No. 1, 6, 7 & 8. Remaining petitioners are at liberty to file their separate writ petitions, in accordance with law.

Petitioners’ No. 1, 6, 7 & 8 grievance is that their respective representations at [Annexure P-1(colly)], seeking applicability of Mohit Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 have not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the aforesaid petitioners would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Assistant Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.
Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of petitioners’ No. 1, 6, 7 & 8, in accordance with law and as well as taking into consideration the above judgment in case of Mohit Sharma2, within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner(s). Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
