This Court by judgment dated 24.01.2025 had after hearing the parties granted the Petitioner additional time to vacate the subject premises till 31.12.2025, subject to the payment of user and occupation charges in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- per month. The Petitioner was also directed to file an undertaking by way of an affidavit within a period of one week. 2. On 13.02.2025, learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought additional time to comply with the judgment dated 24.01.2025. 2.1 The Court had on that date also directed that if the directions are not complied with by the Petitioner, the Respondent will be at liberty to take appropriate proceedings for recovery of possession as set out in paragraph 9 of the judgment dated 24.01.2025. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner appears today and submits that undertaking could not be filed since he is unable to contact the Petitioner. 4. Given the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and non-compliance of the orders of this Court, the Respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for recovery of possession and This is a digitally signed order.
