The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for four days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court. 3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for modification, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.7(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3310 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025. 4.
