Sub-Inspector to the rank of Sub-inspector on par with 66 candidates vide Force Order No.107/2017 dated 12.09.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural Justice, violation of articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner from the rank of Asst. Sub-Inspector to the rank of Sub-inspector w.e.f 01.04.2017 and pass such other order or orders……” 2 2. Sri K.Narsi Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Central Government Counsel for the respondents is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
