The petitioner has filed the present petition, praying for following relief:- “3.1 This honourable Court may please be kind enough in quashing the First Information Report/ Crime No.72/2025 dated 31.01.2025 registered by Police Station Telibandha, Dist: Raipur, C.G. & the consequent Final report/ Charge-Sheet No.119/ 2025 dated 25.03.2025, and the entire criminal proceeding in the Criminal Case No.13517/ 2025 pending before the Court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 3.2 This Hon'ble Court may further be please also be kind enough in quashing & setting aside the Order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the Court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, Chhattisgarh in the Criminal Case No.13517/2025. 3.3 This honourable Court may please be kind enough in granting any other relief in the facts and circumstances of the case..” 3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that the same is a defective one as the counsel for the petitioner has not mentioned the offences under which the charge-sheet has been filed and he has only drafted a vague and sketchy prayer, in a casual manner and has wasted the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders his apology and prays to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 3 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Special School for Visually Handicapped Boys and Girls, Jashpur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of the Court. 6. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents / State is present. 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
