Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 442 of 2025 arising out of Lalpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner and other accused persons were suspected to be involved in theft of motorcycle. On search, a Royal Enfield bullet motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2025. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
