(Oral) While placing on record communication dated Nov, 2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that due to the de-notification of GMS Bhindla, District Una, vide Govt. notification dated 28.07.2025, petitioner herein was declared as surplus and she was adjusted at GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur, on 06.10.2025, as per relief prayed by the present petitioner in the instant petition, but due to non-availability of the post at the afore school, she was adjusted at GMS Beri, u/c GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur, vide order dated 14.10.2025 and she has joined her services in afore school. He states that in view of the aforesaid developments, present petition has been rendered infructuous. 2. Though Mr. Parav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly admitted factum with regard to adjustment of the petitioner at GMS Beri, u/c GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur as well as her joining at afore station, but he states that petitioner had reported for joining, however, the same was not accepted on account of non-availability of vacancy. He further states that joining given by the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 14.10.2025 at GMS Beri, u/c GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur, may be treated to be given on 09.10.2025. 3. Though in view of adjustment of the petitioner at GMS Beri, u/c GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, but since it is not in dispute that pursuant to order dated 06.10.2025, petitioner had reported for joining at GSSS Jungle Beri, District Hamirpur on 09.10.2025, but she was not permitted to join on the pretext that there is no vacant post, this Court sees no impediment in issuing direction to the respondents 2 to consider the joining of the petitioner at the transferred station on 09.10.2025 for all intents and purposes.
