1. The present petition is filed by the petitioners with following relief(s):
“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/suitable direction towards the respondents to allot the quarter No. A-1 and execute the sale deed in favour of him as per the Voluntarily Retirement Scheme 2003. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/ suitable direction towards the respondents to allot in alternate quarter at suitable place at Ambikapur in favour of petitioner due to none payment of entire retiral dues. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order/ suitable direction towards the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner in light of the Scheme of Central Government as well as State Government with regard to allotment of land. 3 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that this petition may be disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.6 for allotment of quarter No.A-1 as per Notification No.F 4-07/7-1/2019 Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar dated 11.09.2019 and in -turn respondent No.6 may directed to decide the same as early as possible. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that if the petitioner submit a fresh representation, respondent No.6 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties, at this stage this petition is disposed of by permitting to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation regarding grant of lease before respondent No.6 and in-turn respondent No.6 shall consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations & law. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of. 4
