Learned counsel for the complainant submits that during the pendency of the instant criminal miscellaneous petition, charges have been framed against the accused-petitioner and against framing of charges, he has also filed one criminal revision petition before the Revisional Court. 2. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise all the grounds of this petition before the Revisional Court. 3.
