The petitioner had assailed the notices issued under Sections 13 (2) and 13 (4) dated 18.04.2024 and 21.06.2024 respectively issued by the respondents as also the proceedings initiated by the respondents-Bank. 2. This petition was considered on 05.08.2024 and it was directed that subject to the deposit of payment of Rs. 15 lakh before the respondents/Bank, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. 3. Mr. Nikhil Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondents-Bank submits that the petitioner i.e borrower has paid the entire outstanding dues and accordingly, his loan accounts have been closed in the system as well as in the bank records. It is further WP(C) No. 1691/2024 2 submitted that no further dues pending from the borrower with respect to his loan accounts are there. A certificate issued by the authorized officer of the Canara Bank is also placed on record by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the aforesaid position, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
