No. 171 of 2025 arising out of Mango (Olidih O.P) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 109 and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Jamshedpur. 3. In the midnight of 15.11.2024, Informant came to know that her husband Tony Singh was shot dead by the petitioner and co-accused persons. One Vishnu Tuddu had also sustained firearm injury in the said occurrence. 4. Statement of the injured Vishnu Tuddu has been recorded under section 180 of the B.N.S.S. in which he has stated that the petitioner has shot at him and the deceased, due to which, he sustained injury and the deceased died. 5. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that there is no material to show that the injured Vishnu Tuddu was medically examined. It was further submitted that the firearm which was used in the said occurrence, was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Moni Mahanty who has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 8298 of 2025. 6. Mr. Prabir Kumar Chatterjee, learned Special P.P assisted by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) October 29, 2025 Ranjeet/
