Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 335 of 2025 arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1389 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 111(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(6), 25(7) (B), 25(1-B)a, 25 (1-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh. 3. On 16.03.2025, Giddi Police on suspicion intercepted a motorcycle near Giddi Coal Mines. The petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended. On search, firearm was recovered from possession of co- accused Vicky Rain. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh, in connection with S.T. No. 335 of 2025 arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1389 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
