Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bashishth Nagar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, corresponding to POCSO Case No.74 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra. On 31.05.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. Statement of the victim has been recorded during investigation. She has stated that her parents wanted to marry her somewhere else, as such, she left her lawful guardianship and went to house of her aunt. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra, in connection with Bashishth Nagar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, corresponding to POCSO Case No.74 of 2025.
