04/ 19.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025, registered under sections 316(2)/318(4)/3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Chandil.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are in business term and an agreement was entered between them for supply of trolley by the petitioner and in terms of agreement trolley has been supplied however, allegations are made that trolley has not been supplied within time. He next submits that gate-pass of the factory from where trolley was taken out is annexed with this petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of not supplying the trolley.

Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that there was an agreement for supply of trolly. Annexure-2 is certified copy of GST Certificate, Annexure-3 is quotation and cheque and annexure-4 is Gate-Pass of the factory where from trolley has been taken out and further the matter is

arising out of an agreement.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Chandil, in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
