(2) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that petitioner has been acquitted by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 31.05.2025 and the same is taken on record as Mark ‘X’.
