Mr. Arvind Sharma, Advocate, for respondents No.6, 11, 12 & 14. None for respondents No.8 to 10. CMP No.16690 of 2025 Counsel is not in a position to press the application for impleadment of Lavanya Mehra under Order 1 Rule 10, as apparently, the applicant was not a party before the learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed which is the subject matter of consideration in the present appeal. In such circumstances, he does not wish to press the application for impleadment and in case the said applicant has any grievance, it is always open to the applicant to file separate proceedings in accordance with law, if so needed. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of as not pressed. CMP No.16691 of 2025 The application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant for a sum of Rs.50,82,000/- as compensation along with 9% interest. Notice. Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, learned Additional Advocate General, Mr. Sandeep Pandey and Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned counsels, appear and accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, respondent No.3 and respondents No.6, 11, 12 & 14, respectively.
