This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs: -
“i) That an appropriate writ, order or direction may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to allow the petitioner and her family to visit the premises where the Tomb is situated for making prayers, attending religious ceremonies and functions in the interest of justice. ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and restraining the respondents No. 4 and her son-in-law from entering the premises and further the aforesaid property may kindly be vested with the Government of Himachal Pradesh so that the followers including petitioner may take part in all religious functions and prayers in the interest of justice.”

Confronted with the question that the property in question has been purchased by respondent No.4 and that the said

2 purchase has not yet been declared illegal and void by the competent authority, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of petitioner’s grievances.

Granting such permission, the petition to stand disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
