The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 67/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 21(b), 21(c), 22(b) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Hazaribagh. 3. On 25.05.2024, Korrah police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of co-accused Vibhuti Bhushan and recovered 2.5 kgs. of opium from there. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but his name has come on confession of co-accused Vibhuti Bhushan. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Hazaribagh in connection with Korrah P.S.
