JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 16-05-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 22.05.2020 by the informant Bhagwan Kumar Mandal. 3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation by the informant against the petitioner is that while he was returning after nature’s call, was attacked by ‘tengari’ causing injury on the head. This led to the F.I.R. 4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court about the innocence, Mr Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP has taken this Court to the F.I.R. to show that it was lodged in the year 2020, the petitioner moved Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26012 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 before the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in the year 2022 and after rejection, he took three long years to come before this Court. 5. Considering the allegation that has come against this petitioner coupled with the fact that the matter is of the year 2020, in that background, the petitioner is advised to seek bail. 6.
