The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for twelve days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court. 3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for relaxation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025.
