This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(a) Issue a writ order or direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the Gata No.123 area 2.100 hectare and Gata No.161 area 6.100 hectare situated at Mohalla Bakspur Post Aboonagar Police Station Radhanagar District Fatehpur and this Hon'ble Court also be pleased to direct the respondents not to cut green tree, crops of the petitioner over the Gata No.123 area 2.100 hectare and Gata No.161 area 6.100 hectare situated at Mohalla Bakspur Post Aboonagar Police Station Radhanagar District Fatehpur." 3. The petitioner claims to be in possession of the Plot No.123 area 2.100 hectares and Plot No.161 area 6.100 hectares on the basis of a lease in his favour. The document annexed as Annexure-1 to this writ petition evincing alleged lease in favour of the petitioner. Clause 8 mentions that it is a permanent lease. Clause 4 mentions that no land revenue or lease rent is liable to be paid for the same. The date of the lease is not mentioned therein. 4. In our considered opinion, such a lease cannot be granted nor has the petitioner been able to point any provision of law whereunder such lease could be granted to the petitioner. 5. Under the circumstances, this Court is unable to discern even the prima facie case in favour of the petitioner. For the same, this writ petition is dismissed. 6. The Registrar (Compliance) shall ensure that a copy of this order is sent to the respondent no.3 for requisite action at his end.
