Against rejection of temporary injunction application, petitioner has preferred an Appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of CPC, which is pending before VIIIth Additional District Judge, Dehradun and is numbered as Appeal No. 67 of 2022. 3. Since prayer for interim relief moved by petitioner has not been considered, therefore, petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the Appeal. 4. Having regard to the facts that the Appeal was filed in 2022, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the application for interim relief made by petitioner within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
