GP FOR EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a Writ of Mandamus holding the action of the respondents in not releasing the pensionary benefits and hold the action of the Management i.e., 1st respondent and the concerned person holding the position in the 1st respondent institution i.e. 2nd respondent are demonstrating bias and vindictive attitude and hold the action of the respondents in not taking appropriate steps in the matter of releasing the pensionary benefits to the petitioner as bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to release all the pensionary benefits together with interest from the date on which her pensionary benefits are with held with exemplary costs.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for respondents would submit that the interim order passed by this Court on 30.08.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 is complied with and the Pension and pensionary benefits of the Petitioner were released. 2 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order passed by this Court on 30.08.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 as absolute. No order as to costs.
