09/07.11.2025 The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time for his surrender by further four weeks, who has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6033 of 2022 vide
order dated 06.12.2023 and modification of the order dated 06.12.2023 up to the said extent.
2. Having been satisfied with the explanation so furnished in the instant Cr. M.P., petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within period of one week from today.
3. However, if the petitioner fails to surrender within a period of one week from today, then the protection granted vide order dated 06.12.2023 in A.B.A. No. 6033 of 2022 shall stands withdrawn and the Police will be at liberty to arrest the petitioner.
4. The order dated 06.12.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 6033 of 2022 is modified only to the above extent, subject to payment of Rs. 1500/- by the petitioner to the Advocate Association. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
5. Instant Cr. M.P. stands disposed of.
