Ms. Vidushi Sharma, Advocate, for respondents No. 2 and 3. Respondents No. 6 and 7 proceeded against ex- parte. On 19.08.2025, this Court had taken on record the factum of death of respondents No. 1 and 4 and time was granted to appellant for taking consequential steps. Thereafter, case was listed on 24.09.2025, 30.10.2025 and lastly, on 13.11.2025, but till date no consequential steps have been taken by the appellant for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondents No. 1 and 4. On the persuasive request of learned counsel for the appellant, ten days’ time subject to last opportunity is granted to take appropriate steps for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondents No. 1 and 4 in the matter, failing which appeal shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non prosecution without reference to the Court.
