The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 40 of 2022, for the offences under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325,307,354/34, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have gone to attend the Puja on call by Mahabir Prahiya @ Parahiya, where the altercation took place and the injury has also been received by the informant. He also submits that said Mahabir 2025:JHHC:33806 2 Prahiya @ Parahiya has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3674 of 2025. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioners have gone to attend the puja on call of Mahabir Prahiya and the altercation took place, who has been granted anticipatory bail in aforesaid ABA and there are general and omnibus allegation and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Latehar, in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 40 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
