Counsel appearing for the State submits that let the petitioner make a fresh representation before the concerned authority and in turn his representation would be decided in an objective manner after due verification. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation along with all the documents assailing all his grievances raised in this petition along with this order before the concerned authority within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order who in turn shall decide the same in accordance with law after due verification within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation of copy of the same. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on merits of the case and the authority concerned shall decide the representation in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to all the parties.
