Nafees and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 178 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 109 of B.N.S. (under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452, 307 I.P.C.), Police Station- Rabupura, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 26.11.2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Gautam Buddha Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
