JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 14.08.2026 Today by an order passed in I.A.(Crl.) No. 44/2025, the State has been granted the leave to preferred the connected Criminal Appeal. On perusal of the order dated 16.07.2026 in I.A.(Crl.) No. 45/2025, it is seen that notices were issued on respondent Nos. 1 & 2. The office note dated 12.08.2026 reflects that the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps for issuance of notice upon respondent Nos. 1 & 2 till date. The learned Addl. PP has submitted that steps were not taken in the present Interlocutory Application since the application praying for leave to appeal was pending at the particular point of time. She has further submitted that now that the leave has been granted appropriate steps should be taken for service of notice of this present I.A on the respondents within a period of 1 (one) week. Page No.# 3/3 List this matter again on 24.09.2026 along with service report. The petitioner is also allowed to take steps by dasti upon the respondents. List as aforesaid along with service report.
