It is stated that vide order dated 26.05.2025, this Court directed Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi (“DIAC”) to appoint an Arbitrator. However, despite all procedural formalities the Arbitrator has not been appointed by the DIAC. 3. In view of the prayers made in the present application and the fact that the Arbitrator is yet to be appointed, DIAC is requested to do the needful within 10 days from today. 4.
