ORDER:
Sri Ravi Kiran Roy, the learned counsel representing Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed O.P. No.454 of 2007, on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada and obtained ex-parte decree of divorce against the respondent No.1.

2. The petitioner and the respondent No.1 have settled their scores before the elders and living separately.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that if the petitioner withdraws the revision case, he has no objection. Obviously, the respondent Nos.2 and 4 have become majors.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision case.
5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the respondent Nos.1 to 3, to claim maintenance or arrears, if any, as per their entitlement before the appropriate court. There shall be no orders as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
